Allow spell/prayer casting with daggers

I think mages also should be able to cast with daggers, since they can't prep wands they will be able to prep daggers, but daggers should have a casting time from above the 5 seconds or even higher.

I have said this many times. But it would apparently be useless on wands. I once suggested being able to prep wands and make there case time slower.. but that Idea was rejected.

As for daggers, I am Brigid. This would not affect me at all. But I don't necessarily think it's a good idea. 5 seconds? Why not hotkey a wand and switch it takes much less then 5 seconds to switch and hotkey to a spell then back after it cast's.

Making wands preppable would require so many hacks to the mudlib (which Stefan would have to make) it's not even worth talking about. It would actually be quite easy to allow daggers to cast, I just don't like that idea.

ridiculous from a balance pov

also wow 5 sec cast who would use that.. people complain about the 1 sec cast times on wands...
