Player Trials Trial AK47
Players now get to keep the trial AK47 for the first 25 hours on Era. (Should boost up count a bit more, and alot of players didn't understand it! I should write a noob guide shortly after halloween)

Options (Tool Top Left)

Disable Ganis Lag
Optimizes gani lag quite alot, the visual effects are altered but should keep lag down by 70%.
Enable Auto Targetting
Automatically adds on login. No more saying '/nt' or '/newtarget'

Events

Poison Chamber
Fixed so it hurts on everything
Red Vs Blue Spar
Fixed up, all works now. (All usual commands for ETs)

Marriage System
You can now marry your... lover? Anyway, head to the church and speak to the priest in the top right of the level! Oh, and it costs $100 for a divorce!

Serverside Lag
Optimized it more, when a player gets hurt it checked alot of other things such as the attackers guide, if they're alive, if they're on Era etc before checking if you've been hit within 0.25 seconds (the time per hit).
This should help optimize lagg by, I'm estimating 30% (Possibly more, as because everytime a player is hurt it's running through about 200 lines of code before delivering the damage and checking if they were hurt within 0.25 seconds)

Lending System
Extended the time to 10 minutes, added Samurai Sword and Bamboo rod

Just curious, how are you calculating the percentages of the optimizations? Any solid basis or just guessing?

Either way, good to see staff go out and actually work towards improving a server for a change.

Sometimes, making an active developer into manager will make that developer not develop much at after a while. I strongly suggest making someone who knows what's best for Era to mantle the manager title over the servers active developer(s) -- asuming they go along with each other that is.

How is the act of tea-bagging appropriate for an online game available to children? It's a sexual action that doesn't need to be part of the game. I don't care who or how many people think it's funny. It's offensive and shouldn't be part of the game.

Teabagging should be a "creative" manipulation of actions that weren't intended to offend anyone, if even that. Such as using "A" to "hump" other players. Purposefully making a gani to teabag is... well, WTF?

This. Just call it a "crouching" gani that can only by done while grabbing a dead player.

That way, when we're crouching up and down on chocoboknight's face we can just tell him we're "checking his pulse" or something
