When posting a new thread, you must include:

* The name of the server that is hiring. If you haven't picked a name for your server yet, then the "Dev accountname" name will be acceptable.

* What the server is about, including details about the theme, storyline (if applicable), etc.

* Specific details of the staff positions that you are recruiting, as well as requirements for your position and an application if necessary.

* Clear instructions on where to apply, be it an email address or an account name to send a forum PM to.

Do you have anything like some more information on what kind of pirates there will be, or maybe why you chosed to name the server 'Exilia' ?
