Every time i move these lines come on my screen and it gets screwed. People tell me to maximize my screen, but i dont like doing that! Anyone know how to fix this problem without maximizing the screen? LOOK AT PICTURE AT BOTTOM!!!

Enable 'compatible drawing' in the Graal options.
It's slow but fixes the problem.
It's some weird problem with some cards
not able to copy parts of images into the
same image (scrolling)
