First try at making tiles...

Alright here is my first try at making a tileset.. its supposed to be a futuristic space type tileset.. I know it needs work, I need to add more detail and change the style more so it isn't so graalish.. but what does everyone think.. give me some hints/suggestions on how I can improve it please

Since the tiles you are using seem to have basic angles, you should probley try to do the same with the house roof. That is, give it a pyrimid look if you can, but keep try to keep it the same house shape.

It gives me a black and white vibe.

Also imagine playing with yellow,red,or blue body colors it would look out of place. Unless you restrict the colors to darker ones.
But, nice tiles.
