V4, RC, and Level Editor for Mac OSX

Is there any news on the release of the new systems for the Mac OSX game client? I know that myself and other mac users have been looking forward to the release of RC and Level Editor. Is there a planned release date or any work being done at all? Thanks in advance.

I am also waiting... Apparently there is no RC due to the lack of GTK support on Mac up until recently... As for the Level Editor... I think there is only a Windows version of the level editor. Someone also got it to work with Wine.

V4:mac has been released though:
V4.02:mac (revision 5)

Keep and eye out for revision 6. Stefan said it should be ready for Mac by next week.

No, I didn't mean that... I just meant that there isn't a level editor out for Linux either. It might take a while... Mac users are sort of a minority. Stefan has more pressing issues to deal with first. Yeah, I know, it sucks.

The last thing I remember Stefan said about that is that the next level edior will be a online editor (as in, scripted).
People say it's already working and currently being tested, but an answer from Stefan would be :krad2:, as GrowlZ would say.

I have added support for drawing tiles onto drawing panels in v4, and also added a test script on Kingdoms Debug for selecting a rectangle of tiles and pasting it on the ground, but there was no developer yet who has worked on it and added new stuff, so I will need to continue it once I get more time for that. Also I will soon test resizing/rearranging the main Graal control so that the level editor controls can be placed on the left or right side of the window and are not hiding the game content.

I wouldn't mind helping to work on the level editor.
The one I scripted can be found on N-Pulse and #gscript

Re-arranging the graal gui control works now, so the level editor makes good progress. I will post the script here once the new v4 revision is released.

There are more than 1800 Mac players since January. There are not many players that play regulary though, only around 20-30. With v4 it should become better since it will be almost 100% compatible to the Windows version.

I think the editor and RC will definately attract more of the mac players to become more active, the chance to really get involved in development is a big draw I'm guessing. Its what drew me to graal.
