Help with a friends account please.

My friend quit playing graal for a while and then came back but couldnt remember his password. He has two accounts one is Giltwist the other is Giltwist2k1. He tried e-mailing [email protected] and also aeglos (how ever you spell hsi name) about a week ago, but havnt heard back yet. Is there any one else that can help him? His Giltwist account he just needs the password e-mailed to him. But his Giltwist2k1 has an old e-mail he doesnt use any more and cant access. Any help would be greatly appreciated as he wants to play graal again.

What do you want US to do? Really, all you can do is wait.

I dont want you to do anything seeing as how you have no authority. I want some one who has the ability and no we shouldnt just wait. Because a week is long enough to wait for a response. Personally 3 days is what I would consider a reasonable respond time frame. ;x But a week certainly.
