So what the hell happened to Nemesis and Psyker? I've heard some things like Psyker may not be coming back for some reason. But I havnt heard anything about Nemesis.

Psyker is quitting, I think.
Since me and Jinx mostly post reviews here and view it a lot (more than nem and urizen, i might add. ;[), We asked Alkaren and he had galen mod' us.
