faeries friends
you can summon them using clerical or magical spells, but they only last for a few minutes, you can call them using a tune, but they usually take a price for what you want them to do, and finally, you can catch/befriend faeries to help you, but if your mean to them, they can use their abilites on you or just plainly run away.
summoning faeries- come for about about 20mp for every 20 seconds, and do whatever they are best at.
musical faeries- playing a spefic song on the fife or lute can bring these faeries, but when they leave (after about 30 seconds) they make you pay in some way (life, money, food, or another thing)
captured/befriended faeries- if a faerie is captured, they have a 50% of attacking you/leaving when they exit the container. if you put food in a container then catch a faerie, it has a 20% chance of attacking you/leaving. If you put a faerie's favorite food in the container there is a 10% chance of it attacking you/leaving. if you befriend a faerie, you need to feed it and give it stuff for it to be your friend. If you neglect a befriended faerie, it can runaway and lessen your reputation with faeries of that type, but if you are nice to it alot and for a while, it may give a faerie whistle, which lets you call for it and other faeries of its type to aid you. befriended faeries can be bottled, but they wont like you as much if you leave them in the bottle, and if a faerie is in a bottle you cant use a faerie whistle they gave you. You can have faeries follow you, but they may stray off. you can only have one faerie following you at a time, and when you have a faerie following you they may do mischevious things (like attack bystanders, steal, and all that fun stuff little kids do) faeries may also attack faeries of opposite alignment if they see them, unless you have a faerie whistle of the other type.
... well, if you want the types, tell me to go on
