Illegal RC?

I have a RC acct and pw that works globally, but you can only see serverflags of stuff. Is this illegal? I can go on any server and just look at their serverflags... I was talking to IH but he logged off of AIM.

probably, i stink at scripting, so i use lots of flags on my PW, so if you did that, i would be mad, becasue they are secret flags

but they ARE flags like
if(playerchats&&strequals(#c, bob!)){set server.bla;}
