Vermain's 10-Step Process for Making a Good Playerworld
1)Think of an idea for a playerworld at 3:00 AM and write it down. Then, go back to sleep.

2)Brainstorm. Take a couple of ideas and try to think how they'd work. Do you want your playerworld to be medieval or modern? Will it have guns or swords? Take a while to think.

3)Think of a name. And try NOT to take it from popular media. (Example: Avalon, Camelot, etc. A medieval playerworld played out in Camelot would be okay.)

4)Get some talented people to help. Usually, the playerworld owner should have at least ONE skill he's good at. (For example, NPC scripting.)

5)Make the main outerworld levels. This can be done with the level generator or by hand.

6)Add in a few towns, houses, etc.

7)Add NPC's into those towns and houses. For example, a windmill. Make it seem interesting and eye catching.

8)Add in a few baddies. Try to add ones that are NPC scripted as well, however.

9)Put in some dungeon areas, and make sure they have some interesting puzzles to solve as well.

10)Add the finishing details (Intriquite tiling, for example.) and send it in to a playerworld manager. And hope it gets up.

OMG! I wound have never thought of that

Pretty much, all of those steps I have done. I still have yet to get the talented help, if there is any :/, add/finish some dungeons, and make some nice enemies for players to fight.

hehe... i've started the tileset and overworld for my PW and I haven't got a name or an idea for it yet ;D

I think Genmon or whatever should do his job and get rid of the crappy playerworlds that are online so we can make room for all these good ones in development

Yeah most of the PW Managment staff need to wake up and actualy go look at some of these PWs, god damn a newbie could do better

it's not our job to review existing PWs, it's genmo's
besides, people have reviewed them endlessly and stefan hasn't removed any...

Genmo NEVER does his job. Vincent Valentine or you should be at the head of the department, and Genmo should be either demoted or removed.
