Speed Level Removal

It's been a long time coming, and here it is:

Speed levels will soon be disabled. On Saturday, speed levels will cease to exist, and there will no longer be any permanent speed increases. Everyone on Era will have the same base speed level from that day forth. However, there will still be temp boosts such as the ones you gain from caps.

We apologize to everyone who have worked towards and spent time increasing their speed levels. We will be sure to select an appropriate level of speed so that no one suffers due to being slowed down.

This had already been planned to be implemented once the "New Era" was released. However, the gym has been heavily abused recently, and no matter what we do we will never be able to fully prevent and monitor abuse. It's no longer worth the trouble we go through each time we catch the ones who find ways to abuse it. I understand a lot of people who put in time will be upset at our decision but keep in mind things will be a lot more balanced this way. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused some of you but please understand that we believe this is the best solution.

Until Saturday, we have doubled the rate at which you gain speed experience, so we'll see you at the gym!
