Maybe could be an aspect of hypothetical future businesses.

The better a job the Burger Refuge Janitor does, the less percentage chance of customers falling ill after eating their products.
Falling ill would mean a gradual decrease in health while the player is not sitting on a chair or lieing in a bed, aswell as slower movement, and the occasional vomitting which would leave them vulnerable to PKers, plus perhaps stretching it a bit too far..........

This is graal. Let's keep it simple, yet entertaining. Being a janitor is not entertaining, and vomiting from food poisoning from lazy workers is not simple.
