Discuss what, it shows you pulling a blocking tile. Alright, it's water, but that water is pretty much the same as the black "nothing" tiles.

The darker water tiles were added for G2k1... which were used for the ocean to block off players from swimming to the other islands. So they're blocking(which I never really agreed with), because of their initial usage. Anything blocking, can be grabbed.

I think he's talking about how the creator of that level put non-swimable water in range of land, making it possible to actually pull the water.

Correct.
In fact, the entire area that picture was taken in is kind of odd. It has about 1 tile that you're able to swim in, then you can't swim just to something about 6 tiles away, kind of odd and unnecassery if you ask me.

True, but I mean it's an annoyance to walk all the way around when on probably any other server you'd be able to swim through.

You can also grow bushes in 30 seconds, get blocked by a single rock only 1 tile large, pick up rocks that appear to be rooted in the ground rather firmly, and see an infinite perspective of blackness anytime you enter a house.
