When i hold the Up key first and then the down key, i face up, and am in the walk gani position thing.

the direction setting portion of player movement (I don't remember if I did it this way for bomys, or speed based) is like this:

NPC Code:

playerdir =	keydown(3)? 3 :

		keydown(2)? 2 :

		keydown(1)? 1 : 0;

---

So your direction will default to the highest key you are holding down, which makes 3, or right, the most often used playerdir, and 0, or up, the least often used.
