Gonstruct help. (2)

So I just installed the new version of Gonstruct, but I keep getting an error when I try to run it. This has never happened before. It says:

ERROR

Could not start editor:
boost::filesystem::basic_directory_iterator constructor:
Access is denied: "C:\Documents and settings\All Users"

I think it might have something to do with me setting the initial directory path to the C drive. (since hadnt dealt with that window in so long. i just took a guess on what it was supposed to be set to.) Now, the problem is that I cant get that initial window to pop up again. it just goes straight to trying to open the editor. Uninstalling it didnt work. and deleting the folder didnt work. Any ideas on how I might be able to get this window to pop up again?
