sleepyness?

This be fairly good.

Your character can get tired and ha sa awareness bar?

it depletes slowly, kinda like food bnut slightly slower. in order to refill lie in a bed and it refills,

If your extremely sleepy you tend to miss target a lot
and maybe tend to take more hit rather than block?

so get a bed for your home or...

this is a good idea. taverns can start an INN.

have rooms where you can purchase for maybe a few hours and once bought nobody else can enter til expires?

It is a place to get your bar up, make more money for taverns, and can be an area for new guys to store items for a littlw while while they go out and rex or whatever, and since Gk is underpopulated enough rooms can be made for everyone to own one. of course, with an few hours max purchase time, its not ideal to leave your gear lying there.

AWARENESS BARS don't deplete as fast as food, so no worries, you won't need to sleep every 5 minutes.

why not? you can rent rooms at taverns and such,
and it doesn't deplete really fast so you can pretty much ignore it, you'd probably have visited the tavern anyways until it runs out

I think that with food already in place, sleepiness will just be annoying to most players.

I think that it would be better if resting provided a positive benefit rather than penalties for not resting. For instance, maybe being well-rested would give minor stat bonuses, or perhaps it would heal you. But it should not become a "second food meter".
