Supporting Hosted Playerworld: Zodiac

Welcome to ZODIAC!
A world which revolves around a heirarch of nations, with various classes in addition with a complete GraalOnline classic look.

The Beginning

The world is divided into three nations: Agara, Alseus, and Seryl. In addition to the nation, there are four classes: Alchemist, Priest, Thief, and Warrior. Each with various features to gain rank and respect within the nation.

How To Interact

How does Zodiac work? As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, Zodiac works with nation and classes. To gain rank and respect (honor points) within the nation, kill others in the two opposing nations. Each kill also gains experience to help level up the character. Note that the world has a nice GUI and tileset.

Around the world, there are tasks to be completed. Of course, knowing how nice I am, I helped this little old woman rid her house of little liches! I received a lot of gold for helping her out.

Keeping The Classic Economy!

With the classic GraalOnline look, the hat business is quite popular among this world as well! Save the gold earned and have fun customizing your looks!

Watch Out For Opposing Nations!

Make sure to be careful exploring the world. Other nation members could charge up their magic spells and smite thee! In addition, you'll lose rank and respect in your nation if this happens!

Look At The Effects!

After progressing throughout the world, I earned enough gold to retrieve a spell book containing the knowledge to perform an ice blast. Too bad I didn't find one for accuracy, because I completeled missed the person who was attacking me! Next time I should stay inside the tent.

Zodiac is a developing playerworld in the Hosted status. The playerworld still has an average playercount of twenty or more players, which is quite impressive for the status it is in. Why? For several reasons! You can:
-Host music between four to five radio stations.
-Buy a business to manage.
-Buy a property, such as a house to maintain care of.
-Travel in groups, friends or nation, and help kill powerful monsters.
-Take over bases with your nation.
-Earn gold with jobs, either fishing (new) and mining.
-And of course, use new armours and weapons!

I was told that a certain server would never go to the classic list, whilst Era is there. Seeing as they were 2 similer servers, "modern".

I wonder if the same rule applys for this, seeing as Maloria is on classic, and runs pretty much on the same track.

I apologize, but I'm reviving the thread I created.

To me, Zodiac seems popular. It has an average of 40+ at peak times on GraalOnline.

Someone have opinions on this world? It seems nice, it's a lot of fun too.

I played it a little the other day, not really enough to go into great detail, but it looks like alot of fun.
You can certainly tell that this PW has been worked hard on.
I will have to check it out some more.

I think the concept is interesting, nations battling for respect. That's cool.

I know, it has been worked on hard. I wish the GUI was changed though, I'm not a big fan of how it's just big, black squares. I hope that's changed, something to fit the theme of it.

Other than that, it looks awesome. A lot of people are on it at times, seems cool. Whoever owns the world, that person should post within this thread on what else is on the world.

Oh right, and Maloria is just Generic Action Adventure Server with any form of a name.

I wish people would come off this stuff about servers. Honestly.

That first server got the idea from somewhere.

Era probably got their idea from cities like detroit.
Maloria and Zodiac got their ideas from Action Adventure games.
Graal got their idea from Zelda.

Etc.

Anyways about the server, I played some, but these kinds of servers arent neccessarily for me, though that dosent stop it from at least looking nice.

A Graal server that is not Bomy Lands or Kingdoms (immediate failure) that is going to try to establish an economy, which will just as quickly be broken once the server is hacked or a staff member goes corrupt...

In all realism, which I strongly support, this server will be a success because, like Maloria, people are interested in wasting their time, fruitlessly, really. Don't we all love an unstable economy and server resets? This server has a decent chance, thanks to those people.

Well I pretty much agree with thallen, this server will just adopt players from Maloria who wanna start off fresh and do somthing different. Personally this server isnt that all interesting and has the same concept we have heard over and over and with a horribly edited classic tileset. The least they could have done was made it look better than Maloria rofl.

Maloria.. leveling is boring please.

If non-sense leveling was fun.. I'd play GK, Mal, Zodiac and EVERY other server that I can just waste my life on.

I'd also be playign WoW and FF11.

Leveling is B O R I N G. How many times can you kill a baddy until you are bored?


And what I mean to say is:
Mindless Leveling Games Suck.. don't make a server like one
