I agree with Val on this, when I joined I promised not to pull a Vamp, and now I see why, he uses vile names and when you threaten to punish him he just removes himself from the kingdom and walks free while harassing people on Zormite tag.
I made him an Immigrant and pillored him, and for one I do not want to see him as a Legionnaire within 24 hours of now. He is a pain in the ass to all but... Screw that, he's an ass to everyone.
Now, after that fact, Val should agree, he should work his way up instead of being lazy enough to just be set to his old rank because he avoided punishment and somehow always gets back to his status.
