Uh, did you make a typo here or something? Do you realize how stupid it is to put a quote saying "I am Gerami" when my account is clearly shown on the top left?

Do not post private chat/history of any kind (Graal, forums, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, etc...) if you don’t have authorization from all chatting parties

If someone is doing something illegal, of course they're not going to authorize you to post the chat!

You are not permitted to make external links if they are not pointing to a Graal site (wiki.graal.net , graal.net, graalonline.com ) . In some very rare cases, we may accept some links after being approved by a administrator or super moderator.

What the hell? You said you're going to allow more freedom. Now you don't want external links like gamefaqs.com or so? Why? Seriously this is a stupid rule.

Now before a MOD tries to close this, I just read through the entire new rules and no where does it say "LOLOL U KANT POST TINGS ABOUT RULES. GO 2 UNIX PLZ".

Not sure what happened here, part of the sentence was cut out for some reason. It is fixed now, thanks for pointing it out

It is too easy to edit chat logs. If it has to do with something illegal, there are other ways in which to contact the appropriate person.

Maybe he will allow external links in the NGRT when he is done with it.

The moderation staff reserve the right to apply bans according to their own discretion - you receive warnings by convention, not necessity. Furthermore, they are entitled to arbitrate on any matters within their moderation roles. Moderators of individual forums, for example, can edit or delete your posts if they feel it necessary but cannot demand that you change your signature or other account details.

Posting chat logs should be disallowed, period. They serve no purpose of proof, just like screenshots. People can just paraphrase their content if it is important.

What if they admit to doing something on aim and you take a screenshot? What if it's the only proof?

I still think it's retarded, linking to other sites has never been a problem. Why decide to change it all the sudden?
