Malinko and his wife complaint

I am the owner of the server Dark Diamond, upon waking up this morning and having spoken with my co-owner, the following occurred.

Recently, we have had 3 visits from Malinko of the PWA and his wife, this time a friend decided to come along. They first complained when I had used pics2.png for our tile set. As pics2.png comes with the graal install I had thought it was free to use, however we were told it was stolen material. No problem, we removed it and began making our own tile set. They also complained about some of our houses. Malinko's wife said we stole them from Babylon. So my co-owner went to Babylon, and yes, one of our lats had stolen some house designs, and so we changed them and fired the lat.

The way Malinko works is, he sends his wife to scout servers. She finds whatever she feels is wrong, then reports back to him. At which point he then comes to look. My question is, why is Malinko's wife doing his job? Why is she scouting servers for him.

So today... Malinko, his wife, and one of their buddies pops in for another visit. Malinko logs on and tells us to remove our tile set again. It seems his wife claims we stole the set from Babylon after we had just painted our own grass tiles, paths, etc. Malinko having never seen the new tile set and only taking his wife's word for it then decides to see it and then says oh nevermind you didnt steal it.

Having his wife call us thieves or a mishap with the pics2.png because we thought it was global and then constantly coming back to check on us for him, is simply wrong. Meanwhile, their buddy they brought spends the whole time talking of how badly we do everything and that we do not know what we are doing.

Malinko's wife has been spotted on other servers scouting for him as well. So essentially, Malinko and his wife wasted an hour of my staff's time today. Malinko is only taking his wife's word for it and isn't actually looking himself half the time. If he had looked today before simply telling us to remove the tileset, he would never have told us to do so.

My server Dark Diamond was formerly a Hosted Tab Server but was shut down when I didn't had it because I was out of the country. We have never had any problems that warrant such constant checks and we have always made any changes the PWA have requested. The moment we find out something was stolen or abused, it is removed.

I don't want to cause any problems with the PWA for obvious reasons, but I won't stand for this. If Malinko's wife is going to keep coming back claiming we are thieves and wasting our time as well as the PWA's, she will find her self and if we must, the rest of the players blocked off from the over world until we are finished working.

So please, if you are going to make claims, be quite sure you know what you are talking about.

Oh wow, this thread is quite amusing to me just reading the first few paragraphs.

So let me get this straight.

So the wife has a Gold/VIP account, who has the right to log on to whatever world she wishes. She notices a tileset stolen from Babylon and Zenkour, combined into one with N-Pulse features. I log on since she tells me, so I ask to have it removed. It's removed, so she visits the next afternoon to notice it's back online, with the same content, some which were removed, as the specifics I mentioned rather than the overall generalization? Quite interesting. So if someone reports to me, whether it's the wife or a random person I have never met, that mean he or she is doing the job for me?

So when I log on, I guess YOU assume that I am assuming that whatever she tells me is true? Sure, the current tileset online has SIMILAR features to other world's tilesets. Do I ask for it to be removed? No. I mention it, but I do NOT mention for it to be taken down. Stop being so arrogant and assuming, it's not correct what so ever. When I mentioned it, it was a warning that it was quite similar, so don't be surprised if I check again. I did NOT mention a single thing that it was the EXACT tile, but I did in the past.

In the future, please CREATE YOUR OWN content, one that is made from either YOU or YOUR STAFF, rather than finding an image called, "pics2.png" in the GraalOnline folder and assuming it can be used. You thought pics2.png was installed within the GraalOnline folder for it to be used? I suggest speaking to someone before making some sort of assumption, as the file is known as pics1.png and the pics2.png project hasn't been released to the public, so wondering who leaked it out. So yeah, once again, please check some facts.

So let's take that as a note, if someone wants to report a complaint, I guess that's someone doing the job for me. So next time, think about reporting things to someone who does his work all the time. I guess I'm not doing the work, YOU are? Oh wow, I never noticed. So stop reporting things to me? Take care of them yourself and see the outcome if wishes? Hah, oh please, that's just arrogant to think that. I suggest checking what really happened rather than doing it again. It's just doesn't seem right to assume that I would have NEVER asked for the content to be removed, until I actually saw it for myself, which I really did. But right, you know me so well.

Oh, by the way, please remove all the Zenkou content, it's being used by Zenkou. Have a nice night, good luck with Dark Diamond.
