Ok, so currently for Events Team we have Vulcan, Gambet and Dark. Gambet has quit Graal so now we have Vulcan and Dark. Dark does a pretty damn good job and is very active but people still complain because he isn't on ALL THE TIME. These people need to get a sniper to the face (which would be remotly fun on my behalf) point is with Gambet gone maybe we should hire someone new. I'd like to be one myself but probably don't have enough hours, on that note maybe you should do a test maybe pick 5 people who are reliable and relatively active and choose them. Also maybe Zone should get some GP's and FAQ's for people who need to get help and such. I would like to be a GP, but fear I am not qualified. Post what you think about my ideas here and maybe we can get some new staff for Zone.

In my opinion Zone should scrap the idea of Events Team and get a team of developers. These developers would have to be specialised in atleast one field and take the role of Events Team, GP, and FAQ. The members should be active on Zone and be required to atleast play the server.

Then again, this idea might not even work because Zone just lacks developers.

Zone has test dummies not developers. The staff position has been discussed before and has been rejected for the fact that stefan and vulcan seem to lack faith in our competence, not that I blame them.

But you see Crono the thing is that some would be to corrupt or if we just have one developer then if that person isn't on then it would just get worse. I think we should have separate jobs.

That's why Stefan hires people he trusts. Most developers don't go corrupt, It's mainly GP Chief's and random Admins.

The problem with this is that there will just be too many staff that the server doesn't need. I'm starting to think that maybe Dark and Sayien and them should just take the role of FAQ GP and ET. It makes sense and it's what GP's originally were on Graal anyway. FAQ is the most useless position ever and ET is equally stupid.

That is a contradiction. Why should Stefan hire GP leaders and / or Admins, which he doesn't trust, but developers he trust?

At last i think there has to be one Administrator on Zone who leads it and he has to decide what staff is needed. It makes no sense to have a skeleton crew of 10% (related to active players).

Gambet has not quit Graal. He just doesn't have gold so he can't spend as much time on Zone or the forums as he used to. Huwajux and I both talk to him occasionally and he does come on to host events every once in a while.

Zone isnt broken, Therefore it doesnt need fixing.

Stefan does a fine job as it is. No offence, but if it's put in the hands of overzealous legend monkeys, it's going to be a performance of crash and burn. Leave it as it is, possibly hire a GP/Police or two, but no developers.

FAQ is useless. There's almost nothing to figure out thats not self explanatory or cannot be found without 2-3 minutes of looking. GP should be given to vulcan and we have enough ET's as it is. Vulcan should just host more

lol Vulcan you take one thing someone says and makes it sound like it's the only thing they say. Yes I do want to have a position to feel how you say "apart of the team" but I also want to be able to help people because I know what it's like to not know what to do. It's not only frustrating but unfair because they really don't know who to go to.

Ok first of all I'm not labelling myself as the perfect employee infact I'm not even saying "Oh pick me PICK ME" I'm just saying I'd be good for the job. Next thing I didn't make a list of thing why you should pick me I dont even have 800 hours. Next of all Cor push off you don't even play you shouldn't have a say in anything so go away Typhoid doesn't need your help to enforce his point. Also Typhoid you need to learn to chill and not suck up to Vulcan.

This thread has gone from...Gambet quitting...to Anubis wanting a job...to grammar lessons. As much as some people might need the lessons, I think it's time to lock this up.
