Ok, where to begin... The tournament went really well until the last match: me vs. Stella. Very early on in the first spar, when I think we were both tied at 8, I pretty much realized that I wasn't sparring Stella and confronted "her." She was sparring exactly like a defensive version of Halo with the exact same delay and had his basic movement, neither of which I had ever seen Stella do.
Later on, at some point in time during either the first or second spar, I saw her do a move that I've never seen her do before, and the only person I remember ever seeing doing it in the same manner was Halo. It was a move where he would get on the wall and rush straight at you, run into the seats (an indention in the spar), and hit you in the side. This is a move that Stella would never dream of doing, and the only person I've ever seen do it in the exact same manner is Halo. I was almost completely convinced when this happened that who I was sparring was actually Halo.
So, I had the person on Halo's account come to the spar. I asked "him" to spar me real quick, but "he" very quietly declined. In fact, I was trying to talk to both of them and neither of them would say anything. I think they said a total of about a dozen words (literally) the entire 5+ minutes I was accusing them of switching accounts (you would think they would want to more verbally defend themselves).
Although I was about 95% sure at this point in time, I then decided to hit Halo to test his delay, and I was stunned (not really) when he had 0, absolutely no, delay whatsoever (anyone who has sparred Halo knows that he always delays, so there was absolutely no doubt in my mind now that it wasn't Halo on his account and that they had switched accounts).
I continued sparring and "Stella" eventually won. Immediately after the spar, according to Neo Jenova, Halo and Stella logged off and got back on to hide their IPs and leave no proof that they switched accounts. Halo has done this kind of thing before. He had someone elses account banned before for sparring on their account in order to win a tournament for them, and someone else mentioned to me tonight that he had sparred for Aarian before, as well (although I can't verify this).
Here are the links to some screenshots, that although are not absolute proof (which I think is impossible to get at this point in time, excluding a confession from someone who knows the truth), support my claim:

Ares was mad at me for not letting Neo Jenova in the tournament because he was late and I had already invited the alternates and made and massed the list out, which is why he is saying "dont tell hl this."
Below him you can see Xanatos, a member of Halo's own family and the guy who helped me host the tourney, saying that it looked like Halo was sparring for Stella. What went on after this ss, I'm still trying to figure out.

In this screenshot, you see part of my conversation with Prado, a friend of Halo's. He is talking with Stella and Halo on either another server or on AIM. The general tone of the conversation implied that Halo and Stella had more or less confessed to the fact that they switched accounts to him. He is saying that "the real Stella says she could beat u anyways," meaning that at least Stella had confessed to him.
Below him you see Xanatos again, the member of Halo and Stella's family and the guy who helped me host the tourney, saying that they were "only having fun" since it's only Graal.
I decided after the tournament, after I gathered the evidence and it was pretty clear to a lot of people that they had switched accounts, to disqaulify both Stella and Halo from the tournament. Neither of them will ever be invited to anything I host again, unless they own up to what they did (at least to me in private).
Unfortunately, there's no way to know who would have won the tournament had this all not occured, but there's also no real fair way to go back and fix it (since Halo was possibly sparring for Stella as early as her spar against Exodus, and certainly in her spar against Thallen).
Due to the disqualification of Stella and Halo, the results of the tournament are:
1st place: Highlander
2nd place: Quick Strike
3rd place: Thallen
Also, don't expect a terrible amount of replies from me in this thread. I can only post one message every eight hours.
Thanks to everyone who participated, and I'm sorry to anyone who was beat in the tournament by Halo/Stella.

Oh this will spark up a good couple of flame posts.
Never fails whenever someone hosts this kind of thing, someone is accused of hacking, or someone is hacking, or someone changed accounts or is accused of changing accounts or letting people spar for them ect.
I don't think i've ever seen a spar like this go off where there was no controversy and where the host wasn't involved in it.

You can be mad at me for not inviting you without accusing me of rigging my own tournament. I like the fact that I'm accused of rigging my own tournament because two other idiots decided they were going to switch accounts because it would be fun/funny. I should have listened to other people when they said that I shouldn't have invited Stella to begin with. Oh well, it's done now.

Also i say Stella beat you until i see REAL proof that says otherwise. I meen ever heard of UDP. Shes totally different when she changes it.

You're a smart guy. You can put the pieces together. An IP log of some sort or a confession from Halo or Stella would be the only absolute proof possible, but I don't think there are IP logs and I doubt either of them will confess. Put all of the pieces together: Xanatos, my conversation with Prado (and Stella's apparent confession to him), Stella sparring exactly like halo and doing a move that only he does, "Halo" having no delay, Stella delaying like Halo, the fact that Halo has done this multiple times before (and had an account banned for it), neither of them really saying anything when I was accusing them of switching accounts... it doesn't take a genius to put the pieces together. Trust me, they switched accounts. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the fact that they logged off and back on immediately following the tournament. And I also forgot to mention that Stella isn't good enough to do as well as she did in this tournament.

You checked IPs? What did you check for? Do you have an IP log or only the last known IPs? How are you going to check anything other than the last known IP of the last person on each account, which won't do a bit of good.

Well, in entirety, the spar tourney turned out to be pretty poorly planned, and in results, a waste of time, basically. I think it's selfish for Highlander to assume that Halo only used Stella's account to spar him. Then again, call me selfish, because I think Halo began using her account in the second round, after Halo lost the first round. Maybe the person who beat Cyclone was the real Stella, maybe not. I'm not whining about losing, but I think several people were cheated out of a good chance. You have to understand the little 'group' there are in these tournies. Stella, Halo, Ares, they're all buddies, they act equally retarded, and I know for a fact that they share accounts. They all bank together with Scene's extra account on Bomy Lands, also. I know Halo has sparred for Aarian before, too. They basically admitted it was Halo on Stella's account, after "she" won. I wasn't sure if it was her or not, but if I look back on it, I had told others how hard she was to hit. I guess they thought it'd be funny, but it was pretty stupid... that's to be expected of their little group, though. I think the five who would have had the best chance had this all would be HL, QS, Tyrant, Torrent, or myself. I pretty much didn't care about sparring QS for first place.
Overall, the moral of the story is that in every single tourney with some sort of hype around it, someone will cheat.

I didn't say that Halo only sparred for Stella against me. I said that he certainly did it against you in the third round and probably against Exodus in the second round too, but I doubt they did it against Cyclone since it was one of the first spars and Halo hadn't lost yet. But I wouldn't put that past them, either.
