The Final Solution!!!

Remove everyone from staff and police and all that jazz. Leaving only Stefan and Unixmad. Ban all the people removed from staff and police and whatnot so as to the point of which graal can never be harmed by their evil bad arse juju magic. Have Stefan hire new people to take the place of those removed and banned. Do not allow anyone but Stefan and Unixmad to fire hire etc people. Give Unixmad a piece of Stefan's birthday cake (yes this is very important in "THE FINAL SOLUTION!!!") All applicants to any staff positions will have to pass a test to prove that they can remove all personality from any of their work so as to be stale as robots. People that want complain about someone on staff being bad will file a complaint with stefan or unixmad, if they post here about a bad staff member their request for having the member will be denied and their account banned (prevents people from flooding the boards with "YOU SUCK" "FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE LACK OF...." etc.). All bans will be placed by a computer name listing along with an ip. Further attempts to evade the ban will result in an upstream router banning (Yes although this is severe I have yet to see someone escape from this type of ban without a great deal of work). This is indeed "THE FINAL SOLUTION!!!" it will solve all problems of graal and restore it to an enjoyable level.

Not all staff should be fired and almost none should be banned except for Ice Pick as far as I know. Many of the staff are doing their jobs excellently.

If you just remove some of the members that are corrupt then more of them will be corrupt and they will all be fired eventually so if you fire them all at the same time it rids us of the whole problem.

i see the same old staff everyday

whenever i PM one of the staff, their response is usally to log off

but, its not event he Police and ET im worried about

i think the admins are the most corrupt.

I do my job fine, i answer all pm's and help with things. the admins are messed, mr.bear NEVER answers PM's, same with unixmad and stefan! thats what makes me mad!

Does anyone else think "corrupt" is a bit cliched by now? All staff members are corrupt..anywhere, anybody who becomes staff will be corrupt in some way, even those screaming about it will be corrupt, actually I've found that those are usually the one's who do the worst.

Actually, it's not a bad idea. I especially like the part about banning people for complaining about staff on the message board. The problem is, Unixmad and Stefan don't have the resources to manage all the staff and complaints about staff themselves.
