Before you think "ooh it's another stupid request or something like that" this is serious. My guild, Shadow Knights is official and we are trying to get our tags working on Graal 3000 but it has failed. So we decided to make an "in server-guild" meaning only our tags would work for that server. This guilds name was Shadow Knights but it's still failed. Any idea what is wrong?

guildShadow_Knights.txt
would need to be in the servers ftp
so it would be like
/levels/graal3001_guilds/Shadow_Knights.txt
and in it you put account:nick
ex:/
Merlin:Merlin
and the tag would work as
Merlin (Shadow Knights)

Well I have no idea what he did, the guild admin on Graal 3000 says they should be ready so I tried them, they didn't work. This morning I tried them again and they still don't work

he may have did they wrong try making your name (Shadow_Knights)
or tell him to make sure he put a " _ " while making them

Alright, I hope it stays this way, maybe there was just a delay with the database build
