I like to hold little RP's on them, it's fun to do that, but just for 1 person to get from place to place, it's pretty pointless, unless you feel like waiting longer and not holding down a key.

That's true. If someone dced over deep water no one else would be able to get to it, except like police and people that could warp out to it.
