alright, when u go to where the med packs are located it's titled "power ups" so i was thinking, it'd be cool to have power ups(that you'd buy), so i did a quick sketch of what a "speed power up" would look like...

of course, it would be expensive...like:

if it lasted:

15 sec - $250 (for 1)
30 sec - $500 (for 1)
45 sec - $850 (for 1)
1 min. - $1,200 (for 1)
1 min. 30 sec. - $1,600 (for 1)
2 min. - $2,450 (for 1)
3 min. - $3,000 (for 1)

but the chances of it (if it's put into game) lasting over 45 sec aren't likely...and maybe it could be like the med packs and be limited to 5 or so. and it'd double ur speed (running, and shooting)

u guys like the idea? (if so then i'll edit this to make it look better, and add a like increase damage, and...went brain dead xD if u guys think of some i'll add those to xD

I think it'd be cool to have invisiblity powerups, things like that could make taking over bases on Iricia fun.

That'd require there to be like, 400 people playing Zone because of teams. And with 400 people playing, you'll NEED a speed powerup >.>

Vulcan has a good idea, invisiblilty power up they can't see you but you can still get hit and you can shoot.

Most of the time I can't be a commando because of those idiots with proximity mines. But more speed=bad.

Shoot me for saying this, but there is a skill on another online game I play (Guess which one -_-) that makes you invisible to enemies, and also unable to attack them. Something similar to that would be nice.

in visible would be fine..... 10 seconds = 1k and takes your energy to 0.

yea i dont think powerups would suit the game play, especially invisibility, its bad enough with all thin invisos of v4, i hated that, dont wanna get popped by an inviso

Ya no powerups. Plus the only person (who I know of) that will be able to affort powerups at that price is Dozer since he has over 100k. Stormy maybe to. But ya its just stuff that could be put in for the hell of it.

How about this.

Invisibility- Can be used with the experience of a soldier rank or higher. It takes 3 energy points every second. hen in this form you cannot attack and ofcourse you cannot be seen. If you get hit while invisable, the weapon will do twice the damage. So watch where you go when your invisable

Its just a idea. I dont really know if its good or not. Personally I would'nt care for this idea.

It's actually not that bad. Might want to hold off on that double damage though; make it so that you become visible immediately and can't attack for a second or two.

Invisability- A skill that requires soldier rank to use. When used you will be unseen by enemies as well as allies. In this state though you cannot attack but you can be hit. When you're hit you will turn visable again and you wont be able to attack for two seconds. This skill takes 40 energy to use and it takes away one energy every every second.

If you have to buy it to do that then SCREW YOU MAN! But if it's sumtin like storm rifle or plasmasaber and you can see it but when you try to use it it says Sorry you have to be soldier rank or higher to use this!

You dont buy it. If you're soldier rank or higher you automatically get it. Works with any class!

Sorry to be the pesimistic one here, but haven't you thought about the drawbacks included with putting powerups into the game?

First of all, if I turned invisible and went to capture base 1, it would be extremely pointless because once I've taken it people would be shooting automatic bullets everywhere. They will obviously hit me, thus causing me to go visible again. I won't be able to attack for 2 seconds (A lot can happen within that time space) so I will die.

Also for the other bases, what the hell is the point? Take for example base 3, nobody is ever there, if there is it's only around 1 person. I take the base while invisible and the guy just takes it back again. This continues until your invisibility time runs out. Now your in the open, now it's just like how it would be "without" the powerups. Thus you resulting in losing money and adding a death to your count for no reason.

maybe it could be like that thing off of mario(for the game boy) xD, like you have a 1/1000 chance of getting it (it shows up when u kill someone) and makes u invinsable for say 15-20 sec? that way u've earned it :P (it ain't that hard to out run someone for 15-20 sec btw)
