Graal 4 IRC Bot Problems

After dealing with a number of people having trouble with their IRC bots, I have decided to write some more documentation on the IRC.

• Graal v4 IRC documentation: Existing documentation, explaining how you can write an IRC script
• Troubleshooting documentation: If you are having problems with your IRC script, then check here for possible solutions

The new troubleshooting document covers a few scenarios where you may experience unexpected behavior.

If you are having a problem that is not covered by the document, then send me a forum PM. If I can solve the problem, I will also add the problem and solution to the troubleshooting document.
