Hello I am LAT Admin for Dark Rival and if you dont like Dark Rival then tell someone who cares...anyways come look at the server and also I was wondering how do you link levels like you do on a gmap? That's one of the few things I don't know

ooo oooo i know! to connect the levels, when you've made them without the level maker, just make a warp all across the level you want the warp in, and put playerx or playery in and a number...hmmm ill give an example. Main1 connects to main2 by the bottom of main 1 and the top of main 2 when you put a warp in acrost the bottom, you put playerx for x and 2 for y. then for main 2 to main 1, you put playerx for x and 60 for y . that could work...unless im talking about something totally different

Err wait, are you asking about linking in general or make things into one big map?

First make a .txt with the levels. It should be something like:
a1,a2,a3,a4
b1,b2,b3,b4
c1,c2,c3,c4
d1,d2,d3,d4

etc.

Then, on one of the levels, or in a weapon, add the code:

setmap image,.txt,x,y;

OR

setminimap image,.txt,x,y;

If you want to make the image for the map, then press "m" in the editor after you add the script.

Mang, use an gmap.

Re-install the development pack from your setup.exe. Then in your Graal Online folder check the folder named "Level Generator". Read the documents!

Here's the command to load the gmap:

Example:

all you need to do is place all outdoor levels on the txt file (DR has one, i'll send it to you) then....hmmmnope, not sure what to do from here. i know how to get it displayed, setmap etc, but i don't know how to make it from there.

Make sure the gmap filename is inserted in your Server Options.

gmaps=gmapfilenamehere

I think thegmap file should also be uploaded into your levels/* folder also. Not so sure.

In the folder config I believe you also need level *.gmap or something?

yeah, we have a working map(Kinda, the head isn't where it should be), the only thing is, we have to add levels to it X_x no biggie really.
