Major Gani Problem

Note: This is not a GFX question, its a scripting question...

The problem is, the server I work on (Sacred) is using a custom tileset but for some reason ganis dont work on it, ive tried everything, if anyone knows why please tell me, Ive asked him many times to use original tiles but hes stubborn...

The tiles won't have any effect on whether or not ganis can be properly displayed.

Are you sure you're uploading the gani's to the proper folder, and that the folder you are uploading them to is configured in the folder configuration? If not, then that may be your problem. All I can think of is that the gani's are probably not downloading automatically for everyone, which is why you can't see them, unless you can't see the custom gani's?
