NPC Characters and 2.3

On the new client, "showcharacter" NPCs seem to have a slight problem. Sometimes the player isnt able to "touch" the NPC and it acts like "dontblock" has been set. Consequently, if (playertouchsme) does not work. I have been experiencing this problem on serveral servers. The odd thing is that sometimes this happens, and sometimes it does not.

Any ideas?

In the old client, this was not a problem, but now I can walk up and down this line of characters.

Sometimes it does this, sometimes the characters load fine. Something wrong with the new client perhaps?

That's a new one... I'll have to look into it.

That seems to fix the problem. Moving characters are not affected as well.
