House Designs

Could you guys post the different house designs that you've come across? I am trying to find as many unique ones as I can to influence my design trait. Thanks a bunch.

P.S. - Some levels can inspire you.

Argh, thanks anyway. Oh yeah, does anyone have any house corner graphics and that sort of stuff? I know it's not hard to make but I have no access to programs that can make use of transparency and such. You'd be doing me a huge favor. Thanks in advance.

Delteria had semi-revolutionary house designs for it's time (2002). You should check it out.

Go to Eden then a bit east, they have a nice example of the "brick/bar roof" design.

Yeah, I have been doing that but it's so tedious. There are some graphics like the corners that connect outward house walls and stuff. For example, see the attachment.

Could you please post whatever you have? Pleeeeeeease? I can't find all of them. I am working on a playerworld at home and I already have a lot done (levels) but I don't have the internet at home which is good because I can concentrate on making tons of levels and designing the overworld architecture.

Oh yeah, I can post here at work and build levels in my spare time...

nullify has a spectacular aura about
I love houses with walls and the floor-type tiles! But in all seriousness, look for some tiles you'd like to use and just mess with some stuff like that, doing too many tile edits is just stupid, if the level looks good with the tile "errors" leave them, it shows that you can make the default tiles look reasonably well. I say reasonably because the current tiles aren't very attractive.

Hehe, I can do that. I actually had to do that last night because this one tile had a big black corner but fitted the wall perfect so I just used the "bush" with black around the edges and made it look like a pillar. That's hard to visualize probably but that's what I did.
