Creating A Server

I have a VIP Membership where do I start a server. I no its 100 dollars. But I cant find the option anywhere.

Go register on http://www.graal.net, then confirm your account and everything and goto my page. Then goto register playerworld and submit all of the require info. Once your playerworld is approved you will see "Billing" under playerworld tab (Sub-tab of my page) and you can enter in your paypal info there and select either a 60 dollar (6 month) plan or a 100 dollar plan (1 year).

I think graal.net should be maybe a little more clearer, maybe a simple direct link to the sign-up for playerworlds.

am i supposed to have a graal.net mail? or can it just send it to any email like a @hotmail email. It hasnt been sent to me..
