Suggestion:
Don't constantly change someone's IP.
Have them record their various IP addresses throughout
the week, then, at the end of the week, determine their range.
Also, you can seperate multiple IP ranges with a comma.

If you feel you absolutely have to change someone's IP range constantly,
you should develop some sort of secret question/password system and forbid
them from saving the password and/or answer to their computer.

Spark910 has a spectacular aura about
And most ISPs issue 1/2 starting IPs, so if somes IP range it:

68.40.*.*,68.9.*.*,56.64.*.*,56.101.*.*
And they ask you to add:
24.*.*.* - then you may be supsicious.

Or IPs can be sorted before they go, while they are already on their normal IP.

Or you can just tell them to get a damn virus scanner and stop downloading trainers.

Think about it. We have to change ip's and such because people might have their accounts hijacked. One of the several ways of getting one's password includes being keylogged. Downloading trainers is a risk because some may have keylogs, trojans, or whatever.

What's wrong with never signing off? It doesn't accumulate online time. I spent weeks idling on Era's RC at a time...
