Key combinations for hotkeys

Is it just me, or are there just not enough keys to assign to everything usefull? Either way, this is nothing to script, just add the ability to assing multiple keys to an object so you have to push both keys to use that object. Or set up a heirarchy of buttons so you have to push a few buttons in succession to get to what you want. The second may sound bad to some , but others may not like having to push two buttons at once (think p + z, you'd need both hands) but it will still exponentially raise the amount of hotkeys available. Now, I'm not saying make it so you have to use 2 or more keys, just allow the option.

I'd rather have the ability to use ijkl properly, without the motion attatched, as well as the possibility to bind commands again. Also, I think it would be a nice idea to have, say, 3 to 5 keys that can be used for groups of items, like 2 rings or a small gear.

What satrek said, i hated it when i had forked lightning assigned to I, and i'd cast it and then go "WTF NO I WANTED IT TO GO THE OTHER WAY, NOT UP! STUPID STUPID CONFIG!". Also, yeah, assigning one key to two items would be nice (its an old suggestion, and people didn't like it because they were like "well you can just have an entire 'suit' of items on one key, and it wouldn't be fun anymore" but i like the idea of just two items...).

I also like the idea of hitting a button once for one spell, twice for another, and thrice for another. It would be rather nice with things like, for example, bullet spells.

I'm gonna again suggest that you press F1 and change your controls to have the ijkl movement buttons switched over to F9 - F12
I've yet to find that to be inconvenient to me
