Free Script

Well i was sitting arround the other night and i was making lights and stuff, and i decided to make this script and post it up. I just really want to know what you think of it and if you think it would be useful, i was always tired of finding the right light colors for my npcs.

Left/Right lets you select the color you want to change the intensity of and the Alpha

Pressing z will export the variables to a client string (c=) so that you can copy paste it to your light script (or in the case you add an index, your showtext or img scripts?)

Mabye some people can use the script to understand other things? (If your not the best of scripters)

Anyways enjoy.

That's actually pretty nifty, I never thought of doing that! :P

Sum41Freeeeek, you can use the <- and -> arrow keys to pick RBG or Alpha, then up and down to set the strength of each color, press Z to export it to a client string so you can copy and paste the script from the debugger or flag menu in the editor.

That's a pretty nice tool. I made something similar, but I was really just testing whole number inputs for the command :P

I normally get my weird colors from photoshop or paint though. I know most of the common ones already.

The command has been around for ages and you don't think someone else could've possibly made something similar? Wow, you are naive

Giltwist made something similar im sure thats what he was talking about.
I've integrated it all into a nice level that shows effects of lights and effect + changes modes and size +more ill post it as long as its ok with Giltwist and Andy and I have their permission to use partial's of their scripts with my own.

Well I figure they don't mind as long as they are credited
If either of you have a problem with portions of your script integrated with each others and mine I will delete this post and attachement but as of now this level and script if just for private use and cannot be used public without permission of the authors.
This is a very helpfull tool for finding just the right effect.

However they didnt? Hm, this dosent ring a sence of Dejavu to me somehow, i used a command and made a tool with it that i hadnt seen, and thought would be useful.

Just because you've never seen or heard of it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, this isn't exactly something most people would post :/

It's not like its a big deal or anything, it just takes a bit of ingenuity and five minutes to make
