New Command: playvideo

this should be a new command

playvideo index,x,y,width,height,file;

and it should work like showimg so you can do

changeimgvis index,4; and it would show on screen

if width or height are 0, then it should be take as the original width and height of the video, and should spesified in pixels.

I don't like pretending to be able to do that with play anymore, actually that got boring after five minutes

EDIT: Sudden though, if we got a recordvideo command to go with this aswell, we could do a tv type thing on more modern servers, there would be some amount of lag (from recording to playing, as in record something then play it five minutes later, and pretend its streamed) but that would be exceptionally cool

As long as there is a way to keep the filesize relatively small (at least under 200k) then you'd be set. Graal already saves generated maps in 256 color.
