#v() to be more precise

#v(99999999) should not give me "1E8", and #v(9999999999) not "-2.147484E9".
I cannot determine the amount of digits with strlen() then

It doesn't? My keeps giving me 1En, where n = amount of digits. I tested one by one all the way to 32.
