I like the GFX, and I want the weapon to be added! But I suggest POW+1 to be replaced with ARMOR+10.

well i was thinking aboot it but wouldn't it work liek a wiz hat and gain the armor stat when ya Ea it anyway well anyway i just didn't want it to look liek the shield of sorcery as seen below

speed +1, armourclass +3, armour +15, resist magic +30

i got from someone the only magic in it is the resist dunno how that can be a sorcery shield looks liek a Pker shield to meh

i added the Ac+1 so ppl would use it how its intended to help wif grace and wisdom liek a priest's shield i didn't want a high ac so ppl would use it for just that

from what i heard these are the starting stats for a Shield of Sorcery

and abbot the wiz hat thing wella wiz hat well to my knowledge most of em start wif Ac+1 and Magic+1 stats and gain the armor +## when there EA'd




and sry aboot the last post i read it and edited it to make it look better

25-50 dias
3-5 iron plates
1-3 cloth (blue on the back)

cause i dun liek how ppl make shields where only liek a few ppl can get i would liek to see all priest wear these and love to wear it

That are way too many dias for one item alone. Also, I think the gfx looks a bit like classic-style, not completely GK in my eyes. There are shields with pow, and those with wisdom, and the problem is that sorcerers are usually slower than fighters, as fighting rings give speed and dex, while magic rings do not. That is also the reason why the warhammer of sorcery has con+3 - to make a sorcerer more sturdy, even though he can't do proper sorcery with a hammer - but that's not the point.

And yes, it's a lovely shield, and i agree with you that it shouldn't have armour/EAs on it, because real mages don't rely on physical armour (damn you, GK system ). It should have some magic resist on it, say, +10-20 magic resist. and if it is made as an event item (even though you don't want that) it should have a speed+1 on it too. I also agree that it should be craftable, even though everybody will start whining about the stats being too strong and it will be nerfed like everything else *yawn*

Although i still say GK doesn't need anymore items; it needs a complete renovation, and less focus on items and pking the second time around.

hmm i wouldn't mind if they made it liek where you can't EA it i say it will make it better then maybe ppl wouldn't craft it as much since it wouldn't aid them in combat that much but would still help you in casing prayers and such

yeah and EA's are ebil ppl just EA there stuff now to pk and show of there "almighty" power

No way dude...have you neglected the way that all great RPG games, like final fantasy and stuff, are run?
The mages always have crappy amounts of HP, and crappy armour, (and they're always the first to die ***** :P). The whole point of spells is that you can cast from a distance so you don't need armour. This is why people on Diablo 2 use sorcs for "magicfind" runs o_O
