Connnection problem

Hello, my cousins have some troubles (Rhynor, Majin Buhs) they cant connect to graal and the site, so thats why im posting this.
If they try to enter the site or connect to the server list from graal graal isn't responding...
They can't reinstall it because they can't connect to the site.
This is already the same in the past 9 hours and 15 minutes,
Can anyone help them?
