Why can't I rate some 1 5?. I can't see the profile button to actually rate them

There is an option to take it off, some have used that option I guess.

That's strange. It should display profile for every user.

Well, there is a work around. For example, your profile is located at http://forums.graal2001.com/forums/m...fo&userid=3234

http://forums.graal2001.com/forums/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=3234

So, change your userID to that person's userID number. (It is located above their post count, etc)

Perhaps the profile button image you downloaded originally was corrupted by a bad data flow. I suggest you clear your temporary internet files and see if it works then.

Although I have gotten used to them over time, it would be great to see them gone again.
