need help

i want to make a globle guild but i can't find where to make it X_X (i know u have to make a pending guild then it become globle, but i checked the whole site and it just talks about making a globle guild but not where to make 1, where can i make 1, or if any1 can make RTO a globle guild?

The Guild Control Panel is under a very heavy overhaul, until then, guild creation is not possible.
