Yup it's True.

And as far as I gather from posts of otehr Staff he was a LAT...

Mmmmkay I thought was the owner also. he seemed to be incharge of everything.

Yeah, TB3 is allowed since he is/was the Manager of Faheria I'd think.

On a side note, shouldn't someone change the mod of this forum?

Androk, don't be stupid. Shut up, why do you think it is your business, anyway? Why don't you try HELPING other PWs instead of discouraging them? Faheria is GONE, Shadrock NO LONGER CARES FOR GRAAL. TB3 DOES. TB3 has the right to use those graphics, and there is nothing you can do about it.

The only part of those grahpix that was ever released on the server publicaly was my mushrooms that I made....

However some of the castle tiles and grass tiles were shown in a snapshot by SilverAngel Along time ago.

I don't need no one to help me right now im doing it lone cause thats the way i get things done I can do the scripting definitley, I have all the music I need (Thank you McVaffe!), I have made myself plenty of graphix and the new body in my sig was recently given to me by Justin , and im very skilled and precision gani making......

I left Faheria for a little while and mmmkay was handed everything for a while because i had some home problems to take care of....

Most of Fah's graphix came from me and Justin and Shadrock.... Shadrock is relieved of graal and Justin is still giving me small aid in some graphix....

This is why I don't like releasing information early because some people are immature and can't handle things. My posts with the screen shots are removed and It would be a favor if someone would remove him blabing them out allover I don't want people to see what im working on anymore it seems they have nothing better to do than bother other people.

In my opinion,TB3 is allowed to use the graphics..those other managers dont play graal anymore.

What you are doing is GREAT!

But, you could have done a Tiny, Bit, Of research, ask around, instead of publicly announcing that he was a GFX theif.

My bumper pods will be hehe and better this time in a new skill game now that i have triggeraction2 that opens alot of possibilties lolz I have to play with all these new commands .

That was my only fault, Though I read some thread and it said levels or something related to TB3, oh well.

Even though TB3 was a former manager of faheria, does that give him the right to take it back? I mean the last manager was spencer(mmmmkay), shouldn't he be asking him first? Just because you once owned those graphics doesn't mean you will always have the right to take them away, I'm sure spencer won't care, but you should defintatly have to ask.

Lets say for an example...

I am the manager of a server, and I work my ass off with graphics and such and then for some reason i leave and give the server to someone else. Now, the new manager has everything and then all of a sudden, the old manager comes back and wants everything back for himself, is that right? I know the last manager to have them has left also, but maybe he's been secretly building faheria in secrecy...? You never know and right now I think this is considered stealing, no matter if you were the old manager or not.

You just made absolutly no sense dude, think before you type...if the GFX were made for the server, under TB3's knowledge, the GFX are therefore rightfully TB3's. Just because someone left the server, doesnt surrender their right to what they have made for the server.

But he didn't make the graphics...Justin did. Anyway, another thing to think about is the general consensus that once something is uploaded, it becomes property of GraalOnline. Justin may have made it, but it is no longer his if it was uploaded. I'm not saying that what's going on is wrong...I'm just saying that you guys are claiming ownership over something you in fact do not own.

And if that rule doesn't apply in this case, TB3 said his friend helped him make the gfx, he never said his friend made the whole thing.

What are you talking about? If i had a server and all the graphics are uploaded and on this server, and then I give the server to someone else, why would it be my right to take them when I wanted?

Technically GraalOnline owns the graphics, but I'm sure it doesn't object to TB3 using them if the original artist is okay with it. Next time conduct this kind of thing through the PWA instead of starting a fight on the forums.

Yeah. If the original artist has a problem with his graphics being used, can prove they were his graphics originally, and the current owner can't prove the graphics were given by said person, then I'll give a tug...but stop trying to shut down your "competition" with petty stuff like this, uh?
