Cooking - Sushi

I don't think the game has the variation of red fish that's needed to make sushi, or it does but doesn't spawn... I've been fishing for hours and I've yet to catch one, I think it should be changed to the other red rish, unless this sushi is really light and gives alot to food :P

i made 2 sushis yesterday, it does spawn, its just rare

Really I mean, Ive been fishing around the hole main island fishing. I cant find any. Well I found one at Hortaru(sp) but that's it. Make more red fish appear,or is the sushi going to be that rare/valuable?

It was supposed to be; possible that Stefan lowered the value though
