Abode Project

Alright, before I say anything.. I just want to mention that the Playerworld Project's name is NOT ADOBE, but it is ABODE. Look closely and you'll see the diffrence.

Ok, straight to the point. Abode is a under-construction playerworld project that a few people are currently working on. We're hoping to get it up private asap, and we will be talking to Stefan and such about it soon. Some of you may already know about this, and others may not. So here is a glimpse of what you'll see on our playerworld.

We'll release maybe one more screenshot in the near future, and we're not releasing the storyline and idea's until later on.

These graphic's where made by Dusty, aka S.S. Link.
(The cliff top's are still being worked on, and so is the GUI).

Hmm. Looks nice, but certain tiles look familiar. The walls and the grass. Grass looks like Seiken Densetsu 3 grass:

Inspiration or not, I'm very good at picking these things out. By the way, there is no such thing as SoM3.

...and no posting for others

but you said you were working on it

I like the house, and the body is cool, as long as you have enough variations =P

If you are working on other projects besides your own server, then quit frolic, you don't deserve to manager if you can't stay dedicated enough to only work on your server

If/when Abode becomes private, I will have alot to consider. Until then, I do have enough time to be dedicated to Frolic during the course of a day. However, I do agree that one should be dedicated to only one server, but... I can't. Frolic's finally startin' off. We have an average playercount of 10 now. I know it doesn't seem like much to you guys, but it's slowly and steadily increasing. And i'm actually happy to have 10.

Frolic doesn't have anyone to manage it if I leave, which i'm not planning to do. If anything, i'd probibly step down to a lower position on Abode and let Dusty or Eric take my position -- while somehow still being a part of the server.

I do want to be part of both, but if I can't do enough work or if it's to stressful, i'll have to come to a decision. As of now, i'll stick with both...Maybe i'll even replace Frolic with Abode, but I doubt that. =p

If anyone is instrested in finding more about Abode, or Frolic, please visit our forum at... http://www.teamgex.com/forum

it seems like everyone with a good outlook and graphic server just wanna get on a free ride as fast as possible....

why cant you guys make the playerworld, fix the graphics, make the scripts
let PWAs look at it, and if they think its good they pass it?
it gets private maibe as gold or whatever but they fix the bugs and the smalls things that need to be done.

Its better to have a server dead without giving it a server then seeing it dies and just see it use space for nothing

Because servers that are of that quality require certain scripting that can only be done with NPC Server.
