Yes, well, i made this house with some details, nothing special but is it good?

And now that we're busy, rate this cave

The House:
It is not origional. Very easy to do just by moving around a few of the basic house tiles.

The Cave:
I like the walls. Pretty much the best you can do with cave walls. (There isn't a whole lot that can be done.) But the floor is plain, and the green doesn't fit. Also, the cave entry/exit on the left is a tile-error.

House:
Well its a bit basic and dull. Why not combine the chiney house, red houe, blue house and other tiles to make it more interesting. Also why not add an upstairs to the outside?

Cave:
I'll bring a quote from someone who walked into a level with the floor as mine flooring:

The floor is like one big tile error

^Thats not towards your floor. But it suggests how boring a floor of one color with NO detail is. Add some of those tiles that are infront of the castle doors (golden ones) and blend that with some snow mud (darker mud) and then the top of the castle steps. And it should look nicer and more detailed.

I'll try my best to improve, but the house is supposed to look a bit dull. I had an chimney in it but removed it because there was none inside ;x The inside also is very simple... But i can improve it a bit.
About the cave, yes, i know the green tiles are a bit, crappy...
Oh, and the "mine ground" doesn't fit in with those darker tiles... But i can do that, too...

Well i fixed the mud in the cave. I also added the tiles just to show you if i got the right tiles =x Could you show me an example level?

And the house, just edited the roof.

The levels all look amatuerish. The cave floor looked better before you added the random tiles. It looks messy this way. I would keep looking around for something to make a theme for a cave floor design. Perhaps the brown dirt tiles? Instead of the plain cave floor.

The tiles were just to check if it were the right tiles v.v
And the brown mud tiles don't fit in with the cave walls and the stone thingys I also tried changing the floor but it still doesn't fit in...

What you showed me on AIM the floor, without those rocks, is fairly nice.

It looks better in my opinion. I would get rid of that blue rock it clashes with the color scheme. A black rock might match the darker colors better. Just an idea.

Both levels ned alot of work.
The only thing I like about the house is that it has an inside corner tile... I could never find that one x.X

As for the cave, choose one floor style, nd stick to it, unless you make transition between 2 floors, but that requires baseic GFXs skills.

Yeah we arent complaining about its function. Just is colour that does not fit in at all.
