Horse Glitch?

Horses only eat when you are around.

I thought so - but what's the point in that, I mean, one should think there's a feeding trough so you can place food there so the pets don't starve in your abscence. Isn't there any way to fix it?

There is, in fact, a feeding trough. You drop food in it to fill it. It is designed that they eat without you manually feeding them. And yes, it's rather silly that they won't eat. When entering a room after a while, the horses should search for an available food supply, then deduct appropriately to what they would have eaten while you were gone if the script was running before deciding whether or not they're starving. Instead of the other way around - starving first, then looking for food. =_=

how can u live in that lag? when i get around like 8 horses i lag x.x, doesnt it lag for you?

I just lost 2 horses and 3 pets - I've been off for 3 days and the feeding trought is still 80% full. I'm kinda mad about that fact. :grrr: Why can't horses inside a building be inactive while nobody's there, if they can't even eat?

Usually they go to sleep if you're not around...

Mine didn't... when I came back, they all had the starving icon above their heads and a second later they vanished and I got a little food... so they didn't die while I was gone, but died the moment I came back... like the server waited for me to witness it x_X

Their dead now possibly but I highly dought any will be left once nathaniel gets back on.
