Firstly, we can't observe the motion of the lights from screenshots. Secondly, if basic light effects like that could get a server in trouble, I would be very surprised.

...It's a lighting effect, don't wet your pants. No one "copied" that waterfall, they used a common lighting effect for it, which was used way before your server.

2k1 uses that system on some of their waterfalls.

I do believe Falados made a waterfall effect almost exactly like those on 2k1.
An effect thats used on many servers and has been around a lot longer than yours as stated above.

You don't seem to get the point. Noone stole that from you. If anything, you stole it from other servers.
