Kingdom Shops

How about a kingdom shop inside the castle.
Selling militia weapons and armor and other things.
NPC controlled.
Stocks up after you buy.
So you can prepare for war.

I made something like that.

Might be cool for the shopkeepers of such establishments to order stuff for you - guaranteed price if someone sells it to the shopkeep NPC, so you can request an IWD and pay him, he tells all other kingdom shops, come back a week later and it's either there or you get a refund.

Ordering would be cool...and the higher the price, the more that the order costs...say, a person with high charm could get an RoW for 20k in a store, but since it's rare, and valuable, it'll cost 50k, with the order.

Well yeah.

If you're in Forest, and you need 90 stones, you order 90 stones for 180p. You set the price however you like. Then you mass out - Buying 90 stones for 180p in Wimnim West, Forest Island, and if anyone's interested they sell. If nobody's interested, anyone can check the shopkeepers for a list of things they're buying, and things their friends in other kingdom-shops are buying: The Dustari kingdomshopkeeper tells you you could get 180p for 90 stones if you go to Forest.

But that's a little complicated. As it stands, I got one (badly) working such that you sell anything to the shopkeeper and it goes on the table. You only get the standard NPCStore price, but then other people in your kingdom can buy it - granted, at the standard NPCStore price, but they can buy Remove Curse scrolls as long as some remain; they can buy Coal, Iron, Stone, Bread, stuff you don't usually find in shops but always need.
