Deed bug when server crashes.

I posted about items not being able to be picked up after a server crash and such, but house deeds are reset and there is no owner. So anyone can pick them up, then drop them again and use it. :|

Those flags are only meant to be temporary placed on the ground, wait with that until you actually found someone who can convert it.
